FIS V Plus forankringsmørtel har en lang rekke bruksgodkjennelser, til risset og rissfri betong, murverk, og til spesielle applikasjoner.
ETA-godkjennelsen, som garanterer en levetid på 100 år, sikrer vedvarende sikkerhet for alle typer anvendelser.
Mørtelen er godkjent for bruk i vannfylte borehuller og muliggør for en rekke bruksområder selv under tøffe forhold.
FIS VW Plus High Speed har kortere hærdningstid end FIS V Plus, hvilket sikrer hurtig arbeidsprosess ved selv lave temperaturer.
FIS VS Plus Low Speed har en forlenget bearbeidningstid, som forhindrer rask herding av mørtelen ved høyere temperaturer. Den er dermed ideel til større borehulsdybder.
Det omfattende utvalget av tilbehør er ideelt til FIS V Plus forankringsmørtel-serien, og det øker systemets store fleksibilitet og muliggør dermed for en bred rekke bruksområder.

Forankringsmørtelen FIS V Plus er den allsidige universalløsningen for de høyeste belastningene. Den styrenfrie vinylester-hybridmørtelen med sine mange festemuligheter er godkjent for innfesting i risset og rissfri betong samt i murverk. Forankringsmørtelen kan også brukes sammen med de godkjente systemkomponentene for armeringsforbindelser, fischer Murbinder VBS 8, fischer værbestandig murbinder FWS II og TherMax monteringssystem med avstandsmontering. Varianten FIS VS Plus Low Speed gir en utvidet prosesseringstid ved høyere brukstemperaturer eller større borehullsdybde. Den kortere herdetiden til varianten FIS VW Plus High Speed muliggjør rask fremdrift i arbeidet, selv ved lave temperaturer.

Funksjon/montering

FIS V Plus is a 2-component injection mortar based on a vinyl ester hybrid concept.
Resin and hardener are stored in two separate chambers and are not mixed and activated until extrusion through the static mixer.
The mortar is extruded bubble free from the drill hole base.
The mortar bonds the entire surface of the anchor with the drill hole wall and seals the drill hole.
The injection cartridges are quick and easy to use with the fischer dispensers.
Partially used cartridges can be reused by changing the static mixer.
