The concealed stand-off installation solution using A4 stainless steel undercut anchors for heavy natural stone façade panels. This technology defines a constant distance between the front of the panel to the connection level on the FZP II anchor (RWT = remaining wall thickness as a reference dimension for drilling. This technology can be used to compensate the tolerances of panel thicknesses to create a flat façade surface by using stand-off installation anchors.

Funksjon/montering

Wet diamond drilling - first cylindrical to a constant reference dimension for the remaining wall thickness (RWT), then conical to create an undercut drill hole.
When the undercut anchor is installed, an optimal positive-locking connection is created between the expanding part and the drill hole.
The anchor is installed in the conical undercut drill hole using stand-off installation.
The ability to compensate for panel thickness tolerances helps create a flat façade surface.
